In this transformative program, you will:
- Define Your Leadership Vision: Use structured prompts and exercises from the "Pursuit: Faith Based Goal Setting Journal" (included with your enrollment) to clarify your vision and set a clear path for your leadership journey.
- Lead with Inspiration: Draw inspiration and guidance from biblical quotes to align your leadership with your faith and stay motivated.
- Cultivate Accountability: Master accountability and track your progress with built-in habit trackers and monitoring tools, ensuring you stay on track to achieve your leadership goals.
- Strengthen Your Leadership Mindset: Cultivate a positive, growth mindset to overcome challenges and empower those you lead.
We meet for two, 1-hour sessions via Google Meet, fostering a supportive community where you can share insights, celebrate wins, and gain collective wisdom from fellow leaders. The sessions are on the first and third Monday of each month, from 3 - 4 PM EST.
